Shane's background and upbringing are deeply rooted in real estate. He grew up with his grandparents owning a real estate agency on Sydney's northern beaches, and his mother has also dedicated much of her working life to the industry. This exposure has instilled in Shane a passion for the business and a wealth of knowledge.

Prior to his career in real estate, Shane successfully ran a business in Sydney for a decade, honing his sales skills and learning the art of effective communication. When he made the move to Noosa and joined Richardson & Wrench, his commitment to being a great communicator and possessing strong negotiation skills quickly made him an asset to the team.

Shane lives at Sunshine Beach and makes the most of his close proximity to the beach. He enjoys nothing more than a long walk and a quick dip everyday. He also loves to cook, considering himself a budding chef.
